Make a Donation!
The Brain Injury Association of Illinois depends
on your generosity to implement our programs and services. Your
support ensures we are able to provide programs and services to
individuals whose lives have been impacted by brain injury. There
are more than a quarter million children, adolescents and adults
living in Illinois with disabilities as a result of having sustained
a brain injury.
The Brain Injury Association of Illinois is the
only statewide organization in Illinois devoted
exclusively to serving individuals with brain
injuries, their families and the professionals
who treat them. No family should have to face
this alone. A gift to the Brain Injury
Association of Illinois shows you care! Your
generous support assists in providing the
following:
-
$75 provides for mailing educational brochures
and information to 40 individuals.
-
$200 provides a scholarship for one person with
a brain injury to attend our Annual Educational
Conference.
-
$400 provides educational Injury Prevention
tools to 750 elementary-age school children.
-
$600 provides the opportunity for an individual
to attend the summer camp
program.

Awareness Buttons

Blue
buttons share the message "Take Good Care of It"
along with a photo of the brain. The button
provides an opportunity to raise the level of
brain injury awareness. These make great
giveaways for injury prevention programs and
community events. Proceeds benefit the Brain
Injury Association of Illinois programs.
Awareness Bracelets

Blue Brain Injury
Awareness Bracelets are available for purchase.
The bracelets are $1 each or a packet of 10 for
$10. These bracelets provide an opportunity to
talk about brain injury and raise the level of
awareness. These items can be distributed in a
number of settings. Several of our
rehabilitation providers are distributing them
to their staff and patients. Some of our support
groups have been distributing them throughout
their community as a public awareness
opportunity. They have also been distributed
during injury prevention presentations in the
community. Proceeds benefit the Brain Injury
Association of Illinois programs.
